Return Period:
Our refund and returns policy lasts 7 days from the date of delivery. If 7 days have passed since your purchase, unfortunately, we cannot offer you a full refund or exchange.

Eligibility for Returns:
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in its original packaging.

Non-Returnable Items:
Certain items cannot be returned, including:

  • Perishable goods (e.g., food)
  • Intimate or sanitary products
  • Hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases

Additional non-returnable items:

  • Gift cards
  • Downloadable products (e.g., PDFs)
  • Some health and personal care items

Partial Refunds:
Certain situations may qualify for only a partial refund:

  • Items not in original condition, damaged, or missing parts not due to our error
  • Items returned more than 7 days after delivery

Refund Method:
Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you via email about the approval or rejection of your refund.

  • Approved refunds will be processed to your original payment method.
  • You may also choose store credit instead of a monetary refund.

Late or Missing Refunds:
If you haven’t received a refund yet:

  1. Check your bank account again
  2. Contact your credit card company; processing times vary
  3. Contact your bank; there may be delays
  4. If you still have not received your refund, contact us at support@logicalstudy.in

Sale Items:
Only regular-priced items are eligible for refunds. Sale items cannot be refunded.

Exchanges:
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged.

Gifts:

  • If the item was marked as a gift and shipped directly to you, you’ll receive a gift credit for the value of your return.
  • If the gift was sent to you by the purchaser, the refund will be issued to the original gift giver.

Shipping Returns:

  • We will cover the return shipping costs for eligible returns.
  • Use a trackable shipping service or purchase shipping insurance for high-value items. We cannot guarantee receipt of your returned item otherwise.
